The submitting party grants ToBMS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to reproduce, display, publish, format, adapt as reasonably necessary, and distribute the Manufacturer Materials in connection with:
Product and manufacturer listings;

Editorial and informational content;
Product discovery and comparison features;
Marketing and promotional activities relating to ToBMS; and
ToBMS's related online channels and communications.
This permission does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to ToBMS.
